Natural River Allier

The River Allier in the Department with the same name is one of last pure natural rivers in Europe. In it live a lot of fish, including salmon and many species of birds come throughout the year.

In the natural reserve of the Val d´Allier betwenn Vichy and Moulins has also deer and boars withdrawn. With a little bit luck you can meet river rats, beaver and turtels in the shoreland of the big river.
